Okay, I am now in! Just had to wait for my invitation to join. Thank you Teri! My first day was pretty much the same as the two of you; however, I am finding that I am probably not drinking enough water, tea, fluids, as I should be drinking. I will try to make a concerted effort to do that each day. I know that drinking 8 glasses of water a day is not only healthy, but a key to losing weight.

  1. Hey! Get a pitcher and fill it with water and give yourself a deadline when it needs to be gone. I just keep refilling my glass with iced tea every time I get up. I think I'm good with the water. It seems I'm visiting the "ladies" room a lot. Since I'm more a carb pig, I'm wondering if the Alli is for me. I'm going to continue it for a while and decide. I can tell you I do not struggle with consuming too much fat. I just take a pill at dinner for FUN with my vitamins. Cause...this is fun, right?
